   Are you one of these people who go around mindlessly saying things like: "I always get a cold this time of year,           or " I always get the flu" or, if anything's going around I'm the one to get it'. 

Well Folks, You get what you say.  And It's not folklore, it's Biblical.

God designed words to be a creative force that are used negatively or positively. 

             VIZ   Mark 11:23   For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he says shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he says.

What you say is what you get.
